The Canucks Are Officially ELIMINATED - This Week In CanucksLand

Now let’s get into this Week in CanucksLand,

The Canucks started their week against the Vegas Golden Knights in an important game if they wanted to push for a miracle and they would start off good with Nils Hoglander opening up the scoring in his first game back but the the golden Knights would get two from Barbashev and Roy to take a 2-1 lead. In the Second the Canucks would tie the game with Raty getting another goal he’s been on fire but the Golden Knights would break the tie in the third and take this game 3-2 thanks to Victor Olofsson.

The Next game was actually on my birthday against the Dallas Stars in a big game to help the miracle and the Canucks would go down 3-0 right away from Rantanen, Machment, and Duchane. They would get two to try and come back from DeBrusk and Mancini but Bourque and Grandlund on an empty net would put the game out of reach for the Canucks. And with one minute to go Raty would get one of a great steal by Marcus Pettersson then with 30 second left Suter would get one from Garland and then he would get another one from Hronek and the Canucks would get the first team to score 3 goals in the final minute to tie the game. And then Sherwood in Overtime would win the game for the Canucks and the miracle would continue for one night as the Wild would beat the Sharks and the Canucks would be eliminated from the playoffs.

The Next game was against the Avalanche and the Canucks would start hot with two goals from DeBrusk and the Avalanche stopper Kiefer Sherwood the Avs would get one back with Devon Toews tipping a Charlie Coyle shot in a reversed roles goal. The Canucks would get one more with Joshua picking up a rebound. Then Later (D) Elias Pettersson would get in his first career fight with Logan O’Conner and he would kick ass in it and get the takedown. The Canuck would add one more from Nils Hoglander and they would take a 4-1 win.

The Last Game was against the Minnesota Wild in what would have been an important game if they weren’t eliminated but they would open with two goals from Marcus Pettersson and Jake DeBrusk and they would hold that until the third where Brock Faber would get the Wild into the game and then after a horrible call on a bad punch from Yakov Trenin where he would only get 2 extra minutes and since Blueger would get two fro interference when he poked Trenin from the bench and the Wild would get one from Foligno. The Game would go to overtime and the Wild would get the win thanks to Mats Zuccarello and the Canucks would fall 3-2 in overtime.

Next week is the last week of the season and they face off against the Sharks and Golden Knights so then I will see you guys next week in CanucksLand.
